Located in Roseville, California, California Compliance Solutions (aka “Cal Comply”) was created to slow the increasing tsunami of employment class action / PAGA lawsuits in California. Our goal is to help California businesses prevent these types of lawsuits by providing tools to effectively educate employees and managers on California employment law and company policies.
Cal Comply was founded by Alex Medina and Brandon McKelvey, the partners behind Medina McKelvey, California’s premier boutique law firm devoted to defending California businesses against employment lawsuits.
